Who is this for?
Small private employers, for-profit or nonprofit, that offer fully insured benefits. Government and church employers, and groups of related or affiliated companies, are outside what we support.
What do POP and Wrap mean?
A Section 125 Premium Only Plan (POP) is a written cafeteria plan that lets employees pay their share of eligible insured premiums with pre-tax pay.
An ERISA Wrap is one welfare plan document with a summary plan description (SPD) that brings your fully insured benefits together under a single plan.
What is a Package?
The complete set of documents prepared for one Order. Every Package is versioned. A later change makes a new version; it never rewrites the one you adopted.
What happens to my Order before release?
Our team reads every Order before anything is released, then approves it, sends you a plain list of corrections, or declines it with the reason.

Compliance Docs prepares plan documents for your review and adoption. It is not a law firm and does not give legal or tax advice.
What is not included?
Handing documents to employees, nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 filing and ongoing plan administration are not part of the service. Any reminders we send are for information only.
Giving plan documents to your employees, as the law requires, stays with you as the Employer. We provide a distribution checklist.
What if my situation is not supported?
We decline the Order and explain why, rather than prepare documents that do not fit. A declined Direct Order is refunded.
How do Partners fit in?
Some benefits companies offer this service to the employers they work with, through their own link. If you arrived through a Partner's link, use that link; you are not charged on this site for a Partner Order.
When can I order?
Ordering opens once prices and our terms are confirmed. Until then, the order form tells you that ordering is not open yet, and nothing is charged.
