We prepare the documents. Some things stay with you or with other providers:
- Handing documents to your employees (Furnishing). You get a distribution checklist; giving them out is yours.
- Nondiscrimination testing.
- Form 5500 filing.
- Ongoing plan administration. Any reminders we send are for information only.
- Cases we do not support, such as government or church employers and groups of related companies. We decline them and explain why; we never quietly document them.
